Lock Replacement Service for Leased Property Handover

We offer scheduled on-site lock replacement services for clients who need to reconfigure door locks during the handover of their rental properties. This service is suitable for situations where the rental agreement changes, the property management needs to update existing locks, or when the locks need to be rearranged after a legally completed handover.

After the client submits their appointment request and pays a service deposit, we will confirm the property address, number of locks, existing lock condition, and estimated service time. We will arrange an on-site visit based on the confirmed information and inspect the actual door and lock condition.

After confirming the service scope, we can remove the existing locks and install new locks according to the client’s needs. Upon completion, we will check the basic working condition of the locks and confirm the service results with the client. If there are any discrepancies between the on-site situation and the appointment information, we will communicate and confirm beforehand.
