Annual Door Lock Inspection and Maintenance Service

We provide scheduled door lock inspection and basic maintenance services for residences, offices, and other legally used premises. This service is suitable for customers who wish to regularly check the condition of their door locks, or who notice minor issues such as minor jamming, looseness, or unusual noises and require on-site inspection.

After the customer submits a service appointment and pays a deposit, we will confirm the location and number of door locks to be inspected and schedule a visit. Upon arrival, our staff will inspect the basic operation of the locks, their secure fastening, the fit with the door, and the condition of related components.

For simple adjustments discovered during the inspection, we can handle them according to the appointment schedule. If lock components need replacement or other issues require further attention, we will explain this to the customer first and then decide whether to add services based on the customer’s confirmation.

Service Note: This is an scheduled inspection and maintenance service and does not mean that all lock problems can be resolved through on-site maintenance. The specific handling method will be based on the actual inspection results.
